Material swatches I did for a module called Creative Techiniques, where we had to recreate images we found that matched the themes we chose by using textile manipulation.

I chose this photo of dried and twisted leaves as I thought it would be interesting to recreate the way it twists down.

This picture was cropped from a Van Gogh painting. I wanted to recreate the texture and brushstrokes of the painting, and focused on the clouds.
